From the moment of order placement, we prepare your order within 24-48 hours. Subsequently, the shipping company collects the item and dispatches it to the customer within 7-14 business days.

Most orders are received after 10 business days.

However, during special periods such as holidays or Black Friday, delays beyond our control may occur, and there may be cases where shipping times extend by an additional 10 business days.

If there is an issue with the shipment, we commit to delivering your order within 45 days. If the order is not received within 45 days, we resend the order at no cost and with expedited shipping.

If the customer has made an error in the shipping details (incorrect phone number or invalid/incomplete address), causing a delay in the order, it is not our fault, but we will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Replacement and/or Returns:

After placing an order, the customer has 24 hours or until the shipping company collects the shipment (the customer will receive an email update) to make changes or cancel the order.

For product returns or replacements, the customer needs to contact customer service with the order number within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, to qualify for an exchange or return, your item must be new/unused.

Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned.

Customized items cannot be returned!

Order Cancellation:

After placing an order, the customer has 24 hours or until the shipping company collects the shipment (the customer will receive an email update) to make changes or cancel the order.

The customer will need to wait to receive the package and then return it to us.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility via registered mail.

Please note, to qualify for a refund, your item must be new/unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

The refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-7 business days.
