Please note that we cannot accommodate any corrections after the order has been processed.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly for address-related issues. If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. If your order fails or is delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided, we are not responsible for return shipping or refunds. (If 30 days have elapsed since it was returned to us, you will need to place a new order. We will offer free shipping at this stage and will also ship your original order.)
Order processing, performed Monday through Thursday, is completed within 1-2 business days. (Please allow 3 days if your order was placed Friday through Sunday). Tracking numbers are usually provided 1-2 business days after the order. You can access your tracking numbers by clicking the blue "View My Order" button in your confirmation email. This action will activate your confirmation page, where you can copy and then paste it onto the appropriate country's website detailed below.
Unavailable Status/Pre-Shipment or similar may appear. This is normal. Please check daily, as the tracking information updates each time it transitions to a new location. For international orders, after your order clears customs, a delivery date will be established. Please contact your local courier directly for any inquiries regarding location after customs release.
